Terms of Service

A Girls Trip is operated by A Girls Trip LLC. By creating an account you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

You must be 16 or older and provide accurate information. You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your sign-in secure. Invite codes let anyone with the code join that trip — share them only with people you want in the group.

• Do not harass, threaten or impersonate anyone.
• Do not upload content you do not have the right to share.
• Do not post unlawful, hateful or sexually explicit material.
• Do not attempt to access trips, accounts or data that are not yours.
• Do not scrape, overload, or interfere with the service.

You keep ownership of everything you post — messages, photos, suggestions and notes. You give us permission to store and display it to the members of your trip so the app can work. You can delete your content at any time.

A Girls Trip is free to use. Every planning tool is available to every signed-in member of a trip, with no card, no pass and no subscription. We do not charge you or anyone you invite, and there is nothing to cancel.

If we ever introduce a paid option in the future, we will say so clearly before it applies and it will never change access to a trip you have already created.

The budget and settle-up tools are a shared calculator. A Girls Trip does not process, hold or transfer money, and is not a payment service. Balances shown are based on what members enter and are not financial advice or a binding record of debt. Confirm amounts between yourselves before paying anyone.

Links to hotels, restaurants or activities are for convenience. Any booking you make is between you and that provider; we are not responsible for their availability, pricing or service.

Some of those links are affiliate links, which means we may earn a small commission if you book through them. We record that a link was tapped (which partner, which screen, and when) so we can see what is useful; we do not sell your data, and we never share your trip details with partners beyond the search terms in the link itself.

The app is provided as-is, without warranties of any kind. We do our best to keep it available and your data safe, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service or that content will never be lost. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the app.

You can ask us to close your account at any time — from your profile, or by writing to hello@agirlstrip.com. We record the request so it cannot get lost, and we confirm by email once it is done.

If you created a trip other people are on, we hand it over to someone else in that group first, so their plans, history and money stay intact. Then we delete or de-identify your personal information and switch off your sign-in. Shared trip records, group balances and anything we have to keep for legal, security or business reasons stay — see our Privacy Policy.

We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or put other members at risk.

We may update these terms as the app evolves. Material changes will be announced in the app, and the date above will change.
